Artem’s journey at the company began in the role of 3D Printing Operator, where he worked on technical tasks and prototype development. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the product, production processes, and how ideas move from concept to implementation.

Alongside building technical expertise, Artem also developed his approach to work. His calm mindset, balanced decision making, and ability to look at challenges from a broader perspective helped him take on greater responsibility and grow into a new role.

Today, Artem leads Experimental Production and focuses on building more structured and scalable ways of working both within the team and across departments. His priorities include improving processes, sharing technical expertise, and developing solutions that help teams respond to production challenges more effectively.

Ivan started his journey at the company as an Assembly Technician. Working directly in production gave him a solid practical foundation and helped him gain a deep understanding of internal processes.

His next step was moving into a Production Supervisor role, where he developed skills in team coordination, workflow management, and people leadership. This experience broadened his perspective on production operations and prepared him to take on greater responsibility.

Later, Ivan joined Experimental Production, where he had the opportunity to work with new approaches, improve existing processes, and contribute to team development.

Today, Ivan works as an Assembly Process Engineer and continues to improve production workflows by building on the experience he gained at every stage of his professional journey.

Nataliia’s journey at the company began with international sales development and working across different markets. Over the years, she contributed to expanding the company’s global presence and supporting growth across new regions.

One of the key milestones in her career was working with the French market, which became one of the company’s leading sales regions during that period. Later, as a Senior Business Development Manager, Nataliia played an active role in strengthening the company’s presence in North America during a period of rapid market growth.

Today, Nataliia leads the Sales team and coordinates an international group working with partners and operators across multiple regions worldwide. She combines commercial expertise, deep product knowledge, and a hands-on approach to support the launch of new projects and help existing businesses grow in the active entertainment industry.

Kateryna began her journey at the company as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. Working across HR processes, she quickly demonstrated initiative and a strong drive to improve the way the team works.

She later moved into the role of Head of Efficiency, where she focused on improving HR processes and driving change. Under her initiative, a number of processes have been automated and streamlined, helping the team work more efficiently.

Today, Kateryna continues to develop the Compensation & Benefits function through process automation, improving the quality of HR analytics across departments, and introducing new approaches to employee motivation.
